As a Sound Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality sound effects that enhance the immersive experience of our Unreal Engine projects. You'll work closely with the design and audio teams to develop dynamic audio systems, design unique sound assets, and ensure that all sounds align with the game's atmosphere and gameplay mechanics. Responsibilities
- Execute and bring to life the Creative Sound Design Vision of the Audio Director
- Support and train of our more junior Sound Designers
- Report and support the Audio Producer by estimating tasks and working and communicating properly in Jira
- Communicate with Stakeholders, Feature Teams and the rest of the Audio Department
- Report issues and needs to the Technical Audio team
Requirements
- Full project loop as a Sound Designer on an AAA title
- Profound in delivering a Sound Design Vision
- Profound understanding of the Game Audio pipeline from Asset to Soundscape
- Profound general audio production knowledge: how assets are created, mixed and mastered
- Proficient knowledge of Foley and Field recordings
- Proficient knowledge of Sound Synthesis
- Proficient knowledge in library work.
- Solid mastering of Wwise
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English*
